Job Overview
As Executive Advisor, Consultant Relations, you will be responsible for the development and execution of firm-specific engagement strategies established for your assigned consulting firms. A key focus of the role is to work closely with other areas of CVS Health to create positioning that supports CVS Health’s strategic business initiatives and to influence consultants on products and services so that they better understand CVS Health’s differentiated offerings.

Reports To: Vice President of Consultants Relations. The Consultant Relations team is part of the Strategic Sales team and is accountable to Account Management across all business segments (Health Plans, National Accounts, Coalitions, Key Accounts, and Government).

Responsibilities and Duties
* In conjunction with leadership, develop and execute on annual business plans for respective consulting firms that include goals and objectives which are aligned with the Company’s strategic business initiatives.
* Manage consultant scorecards that provide insight into win/loss and retention results.
* Understand the organizational structure of assigned firms.
* Create excellent working relationships at all levels of firms.
* Collaborate and communicate with consultants on their RFP evaluation criteria.
* Look for opportunities to collaborate with key consulting firms on best practice initiatives.
* Collaborate with Strategic Sales and Account Management to develop and deliver consistent messages to consultants while taking into consideration consultant firm-specific strategies to effectively position CVS Health.
* Support Account Teams and troubleshoot and support problem solving across the Enterprise as issues arise.
* Establish business relationships across CVS Health, including Underwriting, Proposals, Marketing, Product, Clinical and Legal.
* Have strong knowledge of CVS’ products, services and capabilities.
* Play a significant role in product development and new product launches.
* Have strong knowledge of the healthcare environment/landscape.

Required Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of Sales, Account Management and/or benefits consultant experience with a PBM and/or health plan and/or consulting firm.

Preferred Qualifications
* Exceptional oral (including presentations) and written communication skills, strong business acumen, exemplary listening and questioning skills, ability to work independently and within a team, effective planning and organizational skills, ability to effectively resolve conflict, excellent follow-up and persuasion skills.
* Strong working knowledge of Salesforce

Education
Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and experience.
